The Board of Statutory Auditors of our Company oversees compliance with the law, the articles of association, and the principles of proper administration in corporate activities. It also controls the adequacy of the organisational, administrative, and accounting structure in place. In accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of Legislative Decree 39/2010 concerning supervisory bodies in Public Interest Bodies, the Board of Statutory Auditors also assumes the role of the Internal Control and Audit Committee. Its duties encompass monitoring the financial reporting process, assessing the efficiency of internal control and risk management systems, and ensuring the independence of the statutory auditor or audit firm. This supervision specifically focuses on the provision of non-audit services to the entity undergoing statutory audit.
