Organisation, Management and Control Model

The Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 (locally known as MOG) implemented by 2i Rete Gas S.p.A. comprises a “general part,” delineating the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Model’s objectives and operations, the responsibilities of the Supervisory Body tasked with overseeing the Model’s operation, updates, and adherence, and the enforcement framework.

The Model also encompasses the “special parts,” addressing various categories of predicate offences leading to the liability of legal entities as outlined in Legislative Decree 231/2001 and which have been deemed relevant in the light of the Company’s business, as well as the operational processes and organisational safeguards put in place for prevention purposes by the Companies.

Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is meticulously crafted and ratified by the parent company, 2i Rete Gas S.p.A., and the subsidiaries within the 2i Rete Gas group. Its purpose is to intricately outline the ethical and conduct standards expected from the companies, their employees, and collaborators. These standards are to be upheld diligently in the execution of their duties, including interactions with primary stakeholders.

The Code of Ethics is part of the Organisation, Management and Control Model.
