The Shareholders’ meeting of 2i Rete Gas S.p.A met on 29.04.15 in Ordinary session and approved today the financial statements of the company as of 31.12.2014 and the consolidated financial statements as of 31.12.2014. The financial statements have not yet been published. A further announcement will be made upon publication.
The Shareholders’ meeting of 2i Rete Gas S.p.A. also appointed:
- the Board of Directors for financial years 2015, 2016 and 2017, composed by Paola Muratorio (as Chairman, office previously held by Mrs. Muratorio in 2i Rete Gas S.p.A.), Carlo Michelini (as Deputy Chairman), Matteo Ambroggio, Elis Bontempelli, Mathias Burghardt, Rita Ciccone, Stefano Fedrigo, Luca Galli, Stefano Mion, Lorenzo Petralito, Giuseppe Rogantini Picco;
- the Board of Statutory Auditors, composed Marco Dell’Acqua (as Chairman), Marco Giuliani and Gianluigi Gola.
The Shareholders’ Meeting appointed the external auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers, for the financial years 2015 to 2023.
On April 29th 2015, the Board of Directors – in connection with the relevant Shareholders’ meeting resolution – also appointed internally an Executive Committee composed of three directors, Carlo Michelini (as Chairman of the Executive Committee), Stefano Mion and Matteo Ambroggio, which was vested with powers for the ordinary management of 2i Rete Gas S.p.A..
